1. Shipping Fees
We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible tabletop fire bowls, bioethanol burners, and hearth accessory orders delivered across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All concrete bowls and glass components undergo cast hairline-crack inspections, stainless burner fitment audits, snuffer alignment checks, and heavy shock-resistant molded foam packaging prior to dispatch.
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
- Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days across Australian metropolitan and regional delivery zones via standard carrier networks.
- Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your state destination, remote regional postal routes, seasonal parcel volume peaks, and courier freight sorting for heavy mineral cast parcels.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather disruptions, regional transport hub backlogs, or rail/road freight interruptions. Hearth Spot is not liable for external carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
